This website is operated under the trading name Crown Bay Living by Crown Bay Interiors FZE LLC, a company licensed in Ajman Free Zone. By using this website, requesting a quotation, or approving a furniture order, you agree to these terms.

Quotations and custom orders

Prices shown as “Price on request” are not offers to sell at zero cost. Every custom furniture project is quoted according to its dimensions, materials, fabrics, finishes, quantities, access requirements, and delivery location. A quotation becomes binding only when its final specifications, price, payment terms, and delivery arrangements are agreed in writing.

Product descriptions and materials

Website photographs and descriptions illustrate design options. Natural timber, stone, leather, fabrics, and handmade finishes may vary in grain, shade, texture, or appearance. Final materials, dimensions, and approved design details will be confirmed before production. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply to custom or upholstered furniture.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the approved design, material availability, and scheduling. Complimentary UAE delivery and professional assembly apply where expressly included in your quotation. Customers must ensure suitable site access, elevator access, and delivery permissions. International deliveries are quoted separately.

Cancellations, returns, and defects

Custom-made orders cannot normally be canceled or returned after production begins, except for verified defects, damage, material nonconformity, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please review our Refund Policy for the full process.

Taxes and invoices

Crown Bay Interiors FZE LLC is registered for UAE Corporate Tax under TRN 105447892800001. The company is not currently registered for UAE Value Added Tax, and no VAT is charged. Corporate Tax registration does not constitute VAT registration.

Privacy and communications

We handle enquiry, project, delivery, and communication details as described in our Privacy Policy. Customers must provide accurate contact information and measurements.

Intellectual property

Our website content, branding, furniture presentations, and original design materials remain the property of Crown Bay Living or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Ajman. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
