1. Ownership & Governing Law

Crown Bay Living is a legally registered brand operating in the United Arab Emirates. All transactions, agreements, and disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the applicable Emirate.

2. Product Customization & Manufacturing Disclaimers

  • Estimated Lead Times: Production and delivery timeframes (ranging from 3 to 15 business days or as otherwise specified) are estimates based on standard operating procedures. While we make every effort to meet these targets, delays caused by raw material supply chains, custom fabrication requirements, or unforeseen logistics issues do not constitute a breach of contract.

  • Natural Material Variations: Furniture items crafted from natural materials (including solid wood, genuine leather, natural marble, and custom upholstery fabrics) may display slight variations in grain, tone, texture, or shading. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • Dimensions & Specifications: Dimensions listed on the website are approximate. A standard tolerance margin of up to ±2 cm is applicable for upholstered and custom hand-crafted items.

3. Delivery, Inspection, and Acceptance

  • White-Glove Delivery: Upon delivery and assembly by our logistics team, the customer or designated recipient must inspect all items thoroughly before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) document.

  • Damage Claims: Any visible surface damage, fabric tears, or structural discrepancies must be noted immediately on the delivery receipt and reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Signature on the POD without noted defects confirms that the items were received in perfect condition, waiving subsequent claims for transit-related damage.

  • Site Accessibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators provide adequate clearance for delivery. Crown Bay Living is not liable for undeliverable items resulting from structural or space restrictions at the delivery location.

4. Order Cancellation & Custom Items

Bespoke or custom-made furniture orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded once production has commenced, as these items are tailor-made to customer specifications.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, graphics, logos, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Crown Bay Living. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited under UAE Copyright and Intellectual Property Laws.
