Refund & Returns Policy

Our furniture is made around the dimensions, materials, finishes, and other specifications approved for each customer. This policy explains cancellation, return, replacement, and refund arrangements.

Made-to-order and personalized furniture

Custom-made, personalized, or specially manufactured items cannot normally be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started or materials have been committed for your approved design. This does not apply where an item has a verified manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, materially differs from the specifications we approved in writing, or applicable law provides a non-excludable right.

Standard, non-customized items

For eligible non-customized items, contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be approved before being sent to our workshop.

Damage, defects, or incorrect items

Please inspect your furniture when it is delivered. Report visible delivery damage or incorrect items as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, and include your order details and clear photographs. Our team will inspect the issue and arrange a reasonable repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Refund processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where practical. Processing generally takes up to 10 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE consumer-protection law.
